Tim was born and raised in the Rochester, NY area, which has provided him with a vast knowledge of the surrounding communities and the amenities that each has to offer. An Irondequoit resident since 2009, Tim is an involved member of the community and enjoys biking, playing guitar and showing clients the best that Rochester and the outlying areas has to offer. After a brief time in New York City studying music production, Tim came back to Rochester to return to his roots and worked a variety of sales jobs before starting his career in Real Estate. Scott was born and raised in the Honeoye Fall area. While attending Alfred State College for Computer Aided Drafting he began building custom homes with a local builder for summer work. It was then he found what he wanted to do for the next 20 years. At 22 Years old Scott moved to Nantucket Massachusetts and by 24 he started his first contracting business. Remaining a resident of Nantucket for 7 years he honed his skills at new home construction to custom cabinet making. Scott returned to Rochester to be near family to begin a family of his own. Using the knowledge of construction gained from his travels he began his second successful Contracting business in the Greater Rochester Area shortly after the move.
